How to make it:
Add 20ml apple vinegar, 40ml oil of choice, and 300ml warm water in the mixture.
Mix well with a fork and leave it to sit for 10 mins. With wet hands knead the dough for the bread and put it on parchment paper.
You don’t need a special mold. In a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius with a fan only, bake for 60 mins. Let the bread cool down on a wire baking rack for 35 mins.
