Content: peanuts 55%, apple flour, coconut sugar, gluten-free baking powder, sea salt, cardamom.
How to make it:
- Pour the mix into a bowl and stir well. Add 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar.
- After that, add 50g of butter at room temperature and stir.
- With wet hands, knead the dough until you can make it into a ball.
- Put the dough on foil and roll it up. The roll should be about 20 cm in length.
- Put the roll in the freezer for about 10-15 mins.
- Once out of the freezer, remove the foil and cut circles with about 1 cm width each.
- Put all the circles on parchment paper and press down with a fork or wet hands.
- Bake 12-14 mins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, with a fan.
- Let the biscuits cool down on the paper. Before they cool down, they will crumble.
