Check out this video on how to make a keto gluten-free sweet bread with our mixture.
How to make it:
- Put the mixture in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar to it. Stir well.
- In a separate bowl, put 150g of fresh or dried keto fruits and 50g of nuts to soak in 200 ml of nut milk. Let them sit for 10 mins.
- Mix 5 eggs in another bowl.
- Add the soaked ingredients slowly to the dry ingredients. After that, add the eggs and mix well with a fork. Pour everything in a silicone baking tray and leave the mixture to sit for 10 mins.
- Bake for 45 mins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, with a fan.
- After you take the bread out of the oven, leave it for 5 more minutes in the baking tray. Next, take it out of the tray and leave it on a wire baking rack for 30 mins before you cut it. Once the bread is out of the oven the cooking process continues so if you cut it earlier, you will interrupt it.
